Kevin Blackwell is a Human Capital Consultant at Fidare Consulting Group, bringing progressive expertise across HR compliance, people operations, and organizational strategy. Prior to his HR career, Kevin founded and operated a service-based business — managing P&L, staffing, vendor relationships, and regulatory compliance end-to-end — an experience that sharpened his business acumen and directly informs how he approaches HR as a true business function. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resource Management from Liberty University and is currently pursuing his SHRM-CP certification.
